My name is Stacy Heimlich - Broker. I have been a professional Realtor for over Twenty One years. I work with both Buyers and Sellers.
When I first started my Real Estate career, I worked for Realty World . It was the beginning of the 90's and Real Estate was quickly becoming a buyers market. Eventually, Realty World Action merged with another Real Estate Office and became Action Network in La Mirada. It was a good office but unfortunately succumbed to the down Real Estate market. I then joined Prudential California Real Estate which turned into Coldwell Banker Alliance. I now have my own company, Rose Cottage Realty.
When I represent you on the sell of your home, I will have offers presented in person with your permission. And if I am representing you as my buying client, you can rest assure, I will attempt to present in person. When this is not possible, I always send a detailed letter describing my clients and their situation in lieu of my being there in person.
It takes more than knowing the contracts to assure a successful transaction, It takes good problem solving skills. My belief that compromise is number one is what makes me an expert problem solver. Without compromise you have one party controlling the transaction and one being taken advantage of. When this happens, nobody really wins. I try my hardest to be fair to all parties involved.
Over the years I have handled hundreds of transactions. None of my clients have ever gone to arbitration or court and I have never been sued.
And as I tell all my new clients, they don't get to be the first.
This is where the problem solving and compromise come in, because when the ink is dry, nobody wants to live with the worry that something will come back to haunt them.

The personal side: I was born in Bellflower, California and lived in both Bellflower with my dad and Whittier with my mom and stepfather my entire life, with the exception of three years in Collierville, Tennessee. I have three children, boy 32, girl 29, boy 21. I am a country girl at heart. I enjoy boating, but my idea of camping is a good hotel room. I am published in poetry and in newspapers and love to write. (you'd never know.) I am an avid do-it-yourselfer and enjoy decorating.
