We were on the search for our first home! We had a realtor and had made several offers which never panned out. I thought maybe it was simply bad luck but soon we came to realize it was our realtor. Then a friend recommended Stacy. I called her to set up an appointment to view a house in Whittier that had just been reduced. I wanted her to show it the day after, however she insisted that the house would go fast and that we should see it the same day. So, that evening we agreed to meet her (for the first time) even though we were going to be tight on time, I was shocked to find she already had the offer typed up just in case we needed it. We did and she submitted the offer that evening. The next morning I got a call and we opened escrow. I believe it was her excellent business skills and knowledge of the market that got us our home. She was great!!!

    I wanted to sell my home and Stacy was referred to me by a friend.  I trusted the judgment of my friend so I decided to use Stacy as my real estate agent.  I felt very good about my decision once I had met with her. She is an extremely efficient and pleasant person to work with. 

     This was the first time I had ever sold a home.  It was the house I grew up in and it was a very difficult decision to sell but Stacy understood exactly how I felt.    Her efforts got me the selling price I wanted.  My home sold in a very timely manner.

      I not only had to move myself but also my daughter and her three children.  Our move took a little more effort in that we had to find two homes to purchase.  Stacy helped us by making sure it was stipulated in the closing of escrow that we had a place to move to before we had to leave our home.   

     I felt she took care of  and watched out for my every need.  Stacy is a very professional realtor and a caring person.
