I want to take this opportunity to thank Stacy for the extraordinary professional service that she provided me. I am fortunate to have had her recommended as an outstanding real estate broker; Stacy lived up to that recommendation - and more.

Several factors impress me concerning her ability to provide superior assistance to her clients; professionalism, knowledge, experience, integrity, enthusiasm, energy - and most uniquely a genuine sense of caring. These assets of character would be admirable in any profession, but they absolute shine through in Stacy as a realtor.

Stacy is able to maintain the appropriate balance between buyer and seller. She performed the educational pieces beautifully when necessary and maintained a clear, trustworthy goals and standards. Her energy and enthusiasm appear to be boundless. I was impressed that she continued to expand her vast knowledge; when she became a trained “partner” with my bank. Her experience speaks for itself in the ease with which you are able to coordinate and implement sales.

And lastly I want to speak of her amazing thoughtfulness, caring and sensitivity that he showed in my particular situation. Since this is a short-sale, the buyer might likely want me, the seller, out of the house ASAP. Unfortunately I am a cancer patient, looking forward to a second cycle of chemotherapy. Because of her good heart and strong professional tools, whe was able to get the buyer to work on a flexible schedule.
